How to Apply 📝
1. Fill out our Pro Bono Treatment Application
2. Provide proof of income or financial need, such as:
- Pay stub or EI/AISH statement
- Letter from a social worker or community leader
- Self-declaration of need
3. Provide a medical diagnosis from your physician confirming that you need treatment for your condition.
4. Our team will review your application and contact you to schedule your free sessions.
